Venid Eco Village - is a large-scale residential project in a picturesque area. KasadaIn the vicinity of the town of Sveti Vlas, Nessebar municipality. Architectural concept and stylistics

The project is inspired by Bulgarian Renaissance architecture. The appearance of the buildings recreates the traditional features of this period:

• Second-floor bay windows and overhanging wooden overhangs
• The first floor is faced with natural stone
• Upper floors are finished with mineral plaster and wooden cladding
• Framing corners and windows with wooden beams, including traditional "santrachis" - horizontal beams that line the masonry walls

All building materials are ecological and certified according to the highest class standards. The architectural solution ensures complete harmony with the natural landscape.

Venid Eco Village is not just a residential complex, but a romantic settlement in traditional Bulgarian style with an elaborate system of pedestrian paths paved with stone and illuminated with decorative lanterns. Composition of the complex

• 109 houses: one- and two-family houses, twin houses, as well as linear houses, with living area from 150 to 300 m²
• Apartment block of Kanela complex - 69 residential units
• 2 aparthotels for 199 guests each
• A chapel that doesn't block the view of the sea
• 2 tennis courts
• Swimming pool with recreation area

The entire layout of the complex follows the principle of meander (wave-like) structure, which ensures the preservation of relief, panorama and ecological balance of the territory.

Venid Eco Village construction phases

Phase I - Eastern residential zone

• 36 houses (30 individual houses + 6 twin houses)
• Pedestrian and transportation network, reinforced parking lots

Phase II - Western residential zone

• 29 houses (21 individual houses + 8 twin houses)
• Landscaped walkways, parking areas, and a public playground

Phase III - Aparthotels

• 2 hotel buildings with 199 beds
• Assigned to accommodate guests of the complex as well

Phase IV - South Zone and Kanela Complex

• 44 houses of linear development
• All houses - with interior finishing "turnkey" (without furniture)

The complex is scheduled to be completed in 2026.
