- 40% when signing a preliminary contract (up to 10 days after notification of Building Permit)
- 30% when the slab level of the floor on which the object is located is reached
- 20% on receipt of Act 14
- 10% on receipt of Act 16

The planned support fee is BGN 9.36 incl. VAT per m² of the total area of the object per year. For parking spaces - 8.88 BGN incl. VAT per month. The level of taxation corresponds to the class of the project and the scope of amenities provided.
